As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we want to extend a message of appreciation to our We Insure family. While there’s no doubt that the year has been challenging as we navigate our way through a global pandemic, we’re deeply grateful for the hard work and dedication to family and community that we see in We Insure agencies across the country.
It’s all about providing extraordinary service.
Indeed, the work ethic that elevates our approach to serving consumers is evident in the recognition We Insure continues to receive. Here are two recent examples:
In August, the Jacksonville Business Journal again included We Insure on its “Fast 50” list recognizing the fastest-growing private companies in the region based on annual revenue growth. Since its establishment in 2009, We Insure has grown to almost 200 franchise locations in 26 states, making it one of the largest insurance franchise organizations in the United States.
We Insure is also part of Franchise Business Review’s second annual “Culture 100” list. Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm, bases its rankings on leadership, values and overall support. In addition, FBR includes We Insure as one of the Top 200 Best Franchises to Buy in 2021.
Though we’re honored to receive this recognition, we know that our success depends on continuing to deliver superior support to our valued agency owners so that they, in turn, can concentrate on growing great relationships and serving their customers.
For this reason, we’re also thankful to We Insure’s top-notch service team’s handling of all the administrative and other behind-the-scenes tasks so that franchise owners can focus their time and energy on finding the best policies for their customers. We can think of no better example of teamwork making the dream work than right here within the We Insure organization. This, we are confident, is one of the main reasons we continue to grow and succeed.
At this time of year in particular, consider these words by 20th century motivational writer William Arthur Ward: “Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”
