Even though Vince Flavia was inundated with requests from everyone who had FedNat Insurance canceled on them, he took the time to meet with us and to try to find us another insurance company. We went with the State of Florida Citizen's Insurance, at least for now.

He and Vince built up a great business by being trustworthy, ethical and loyal to their customer base. Insurance is like money - nobody likes talking about it, nobody likes dealing with it. But Vince and Chuck, along with Sherl, make these conversations easy and doable. Because of their dedication to doing the right thing for their clientele, I decided to leave Allstate and stay loyal to the folks who've made being insured something I don't have to worry about. The thing is, I now have better coverage for about half the premium costs I was paying before and I'm still with a very reputable company. Thanks guys, for making life easier!

For years, I have not used an agent for my insurance needs and felt one got better prices and service online directly. When we bought our property in PC two years ago, out of necessity, we used an agency recommended by the Real Estate agent who proved my above theory.
