I live in Phoenix, AZ and my wife wanted to move to Tennessee. We looked around and decided on Knoxville area. Fortunately for me Kristi Crawford contacted me right away as I was looking at random properties. She connected me to an MLS and started sending us properties.It didn't take long for my wife to see a property she liked. We didn't even have plans to move until the end of the year. So with Kristi's help we put an offer together and 40 minutes after the offer was submitted, the seller accepted.We never were able to get to Tennessee to inspect the property.
