We Insure Opens New Prototype Store In Jacksonville, Florida
June 13, 2019 // Franchising.com // Fast-growing We Insure, Inc. has opened its first new retail concept store in Jacksonville, Florida, as a model for its independent insurance agency franchise locations. We Insure plans to open a total of eight corporate stores across Florida by the end of 2020.
“You only retain so much from classroom training,” said CEO Philip Visali. “This is more hands-on. It reinforces all the steps to follow every day and it’s where we’ll be teaching the best practices to all of our new owners.

The company currently has 91 franchise locations and is celebrating its 10-year anniversary. We Insure plans to hit 100 stores by September 30, 2019, and is approaching $200 million in annual sales.
The new retail insurance store concept, located at 12795 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida, is the standard for future We Insure stores. Now open after a full year in development, the Julington Creek location is half corporate storefront serving the community and half training center for new agent-owners.
Agent workstations are all equipped for training and shadowing customer service phone calls. The corporate location hosts one training session per month, and each training session can accommodate five agent-owners.
A grand opening celebration took place on May 30. Special guest Congressman John Rutherford representing the 4th District of Florida attended the event. The storefront hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony with branch manager Melanie Mathis and CEO Philip Visali.
