Additional/Damage Mitigating Assistance to Meet Your Immediate Needs
We have a plan in place to address the first, immediate needs of our We Insure family impacted by the storm. We have partnered with Flood Pro to work with our customers during and immediately following the storm to assist with critical needs that could help mitigate further damage including putting tarps on damaged roofs, assistance with flood damage, and more. In addition, because this storm has the potential to impact so many Floridians, our carrier partners may be inundated with calls. As such, Flood Pro will also assist you by calling your carrier with you to help you report a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claim. You can contact Flood Pro at 800-927-0310; calls will be recorded.
We have also partnered with Joe Taylor Restoration, which will also work with our customers during and immediately following the storm to assist with critical needs that could help mitigate further damage such as flooding, water damage, dry-out, etc. The number We Insure customers and agents can use to reach out to Joe Taylor Restoration for assistance during Hurricane Ian is 888-353-3139.
Mobile CAT Ready
We also have a mobile We Insure Crisis Assessment Team (CAT) at the ready, which will be on-site to offer assistance with essential phone numbers and information, bottled water, and other support.
