Philip Visali

Chief Executive Officer

Phil started his insurance career in 1997 with Bankers Life and Casualty as a Life and Health sales agent selling Medicare supplements to the senior market while attending the University of Florida in Gainesville. The following year, Phil was hired as a customer service representative with Nationwide Insurance in Gainesville and was instantly hooked on the P&C side of insurance. Due to the limited availability of new agency owners with Nationwide, he opened his first insurance agency with Allstate Insurance in Sarasota, Florida. He received many honors and awards for his service. In 2009, Phil founded WE Insure Florida Inc., because he found representing only one company was not in his client’s best interest, and limited his potential for growth. After only eight years, WE Insure has over 80 franchised locations throughout Florida and Georgia, and is continuously being recognized as one of Northeast Florida’s largest independent agencies (2013-2015 Business Journal), Best Places to Work (2013-2015 Business Journal), Fastest Growing Private Companies (2013-2015 Business Journal) and most recently, We Insure was ranked in the top 25% of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies by Inc. Magazine (August, 2015 Inc. 5000 awards #1272/5000). Additionally, Phil received the “40 Under 40” award in 2013 by the Business Journal for his business model success and in 2015, Phil was also recognized by the publication as an Ultimate CEO. Phil enjoys spending time with his son Michael and you can usually find him on the golf course.

Megan Visali

Executive Vice President

Megan joined the We Insure team in 2014 as a Franchise Territory Manager (FTM). The FTM position is where she helped expand the company’s footprint in Florida and Georgia by bringing on 30 new franchisees. She currently serves as EVP at We Insure Group, Inc. where she assists with the development of the company both internally and externally by working collaboratively with teams in the Jacksonville Corporate office and out in the field. Her and her husband, Philip, spend a large part of their time traveling the state of Florida to visit existing and potential We Insure franchisees – keeping their Agency Owners happy is a top priority. While traveling, they also meet with their existing Carrier Partners to maintain and strengthen those relationships. Currently, Megan’s direct responsibilities in Jacksonville include overseeing the Franchise Sales Department, coordinating quarterly Leadership training seminars for their 50+ employees and instilling a culture of coaching and teamwork in their corporate office. When Megan is not at the office, she is spending time with her family.

Salena Simpson

VP of Operations

Salena joined the vision of WE Insure in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She currently serves as the VP of Operations for the Executive Team and manages our IT Department, internal networks, and disaster recovery plans of action. With over 18 years of accounting experience, Salena is a management system expert and works diligently with partnered professionals for implementing processes throughout the agency. Her consistent push to utilize the most innovative technology has given WE Insure an advantage in the insurance industry.

Nick Dakuginow

VP of Service

Nick was one of the very first employees at We Insure, beginning his career in 2010.  He worked his way from the mailroom to his current position today on the Executive Team, as VP of Service. Nick oversees the service team and ensures clients are provided fast and superior service.  His goal is to create a memorable experience for every person that comes in contact with a member of We Insure.  Nick helps maintain systems that increase our agents’ retention while they focus on selling.

Chris Salameh

VP of Franchise Operations

Chris is a graduate from Jacksonville University and has worked in the industry for 11 years.   In 2009 he started The Salameh Insurance Group, and received Jacksonville Business Journal’s Award for Top Independent Insurance Agency four years in a row.  In 2015 Chris discovered the power of WE, merging The Salameh Insurance Group with We Insure.  Chris’s passion for sales, team building, and company growth has earned him a spot as VP of Sales on the WE Insure Executive Team.  Chris energizes our team by promoting product sales, identifying new trends, communicating sales metrics to the agents, and developing competitive campaigns.

Dominic Raices

Chief Financial Officer

Dominic has over 25 years of experience as an accounting professional.  Having worked for various large corporations, such as Stein Mart and Merrill Lynch, Dominic has a diverse collection of knowledge that he brings to We Insure. He earned his BS from Jacksonville University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Dominic is also a Reserve Police Officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.  Dominic provides the company with financial oversight, budgeting, and investments.  He implements and maintains the processes needed to ensure accurate and detailed commission reporting.

Ron Kuruvilla

VP of Agency Developement

Ron began his insurance career in 2006 at an independent agency in Southeast Florida after a very successful career in banking.  He moved up the ranks eventually serving as the Agency Vice President.  He decided to purchase a We Insure franchise in June 2013 in Delray Beach, FL.  In May 2014, Ron accepted the position of corporate trainer and moved to the corporate office in Jacksonville, FL.  Ron builds out the new agent training program and serves as the voice of the agency owners in the corporate office.  Ron also helped rebuild the commercial insurance department.  He currently oversees the commercial department, agent training, builds insurance carrier relations and is passionate about implementing new programs to help We Insure grow.
