Our Summer 2026 Cohort is designed to be a low upfront cost entry into business ownership, with real support behind you.

You will launch your own business while learning alongside a small group of peers and receiving direct mentorship from experienced operators.

Is this a job or a franchise opportunity?

This is a franchise ownership opportunity, not a salaried position. You are building and operating your own business under the We Insure platform. That means you have ownership over your outcomes, your growth, and your income. It also means there is no guaranteed paycheck. This path is designed for people who want to build something long-term, not step into a predefined role.

No prior insurance experience is required. The program is built to teach you the fundamentals of the industry, licensing, and how to build and grow a book of business. What matters more is your ability to learn quickly, stay consistent, and get comfortable with relationship-building and sales. If you are not interested in sales, this will not be a fit.

You will need a license to operate, but one of the perks of this program is we help get you licensed.

If are already licensed, it is just an added bonus.

You generate income by selling insurance policies and building a book of business. Over time, that book creates recurring revenue through renewals, which is where long-term value is built. Early on, income is directly tied to your effort and ability to generate business. As your book grows, it becomes more stable and scalable.

Yes. This is a business opportunity, so there are startup costs involved, including franchise-related fees and initial operating expenses. The cohort is designed to reduce that barrier through discounted startup fees and additional support. We also do not cover licensing fees required for your state. We will walk through all financial expectations during the process so there are no surprises.

This is not employment. It is a franchise ownership opportunity.

You are building your own business.

That means:

  • No guaranteed salary or hourly pay
  • You are responsible for generating income
  • You need to be financially prepared during ramp-up

Most candidates should have access to personal reserves to support themselves while building their book of business.

You will go through a structured 12-month program that includes training, systems, and ongoing guidance. In your first 90 days, support is high-touch with frequent check-ins and hands-on help. Beyond that, you will continue to receive one-on-one mentorship, group coaching, and access to tools that support sales, marketing, and operations. The goal is to help you get to revenue as efficiently as possible without feeling like you are figuring it out alone.

We are currently recruiting in select states, including TX, FL, GA, NC, and others. Availability may vary based on market demand.

The cohort model is designed to accelerate your ramp, increase accountability, and create faster momentum from day one.

Instead of starting in isolation, you are:
